Our Beginnings The Kuitems name has been synonymous with construction in the Rochester area since 1919. Having worked in the construction business for over 20 years, John and Henry Kuitems founded Kuitems Construction in 1971. In 1980 and 1983 William and Stephen respectively, the fourth generation of Kuitem's to work in the construction business joined their father's business. With Henry's retirement in 1991, William and Stephen were promoted to corporate officers. In October 1998 with Johns retirement, Stephen and William became President and Vice President. This management team comes from similar backgrounds and experiences and bring a unity of purpose and vision to the projects they undertake.
